I was reading about this today in googlereads. Did they manage to prove it was her? I remember some people said it could be an awful troll, or something like that.

Yeah, they proved it was her because the reviewer in question confronted the author about and she sent an e-mail 'fessing up to her deeds.

Oh Lord. This woman was discovered by a site called inkpop, which is for teens who like to write. I once asked her for advice and how long it took for her story to become top-ranked. Thing is, because it's a community over there, she has a lot of teen fans and supporters so it probably won't take long for them to mobilize.

If I wasn't so jaded by what I've seen on the net, I'd complain that not only is she embarrassing herself, but setting an example for the kids she communicates with. But blah blah I've seen it all blah blah.

Hahaha. That review was brilliant. And who the heck did LF send that email to? Her readers/fans? Friends who are also authors/agents/publishers? (If so, I hope they laugh her out of publishing.) Random friends?

I second the author!fail tag. There are so many out there now and they are so amusing (and much less rage inducing than YA!fail masquerading as best sellers).
