at least the cover is cool, character development fail, author last names g-l, because sometimes it's not just the book, feminism just got set back 50 years

It's been a while since I read it, but I remember also being confused as to why everyone adores it so much. It had a lot of problems, like you say in your review - why is everyone so damn annoying? I wouldn't have cared if they'd all blown up at the end, to be honest. (And the cover on my copy isn't anywhere near as nice.)

Yeah, I don't really think I would have cared much if they'd gotten blown up either. Everyone was quite obnoxious, imo.
