Yuletide reveals are live! I wrote three fics this year, thus officially ending my streak of writing one more fic each year than the year previous, ah well.

I haven't read the Baccano! fic yet but when I saw the title suspected it might be you. Barriers was an amazing fic.

Hexwood is a strange book with all these things thought on and discussed but not a lot shown. It's one of my favorites of the DWJ's books but it's not an easy one.

Yeah, Hexwood is one of my favorites too, but I always understand why people don't like it; it is so bizarre! (And of course that is why I love it.)

Oh yes, it's one of my favorites but I feel like it needs a list of things said before reading it like-you'll need to read it again for it all to make sense, there are icky coercion things suggested but it's amazing.

I loved being able to write for it this year and your comment made me feel like I got it right. Thank you.

Ooh, I completely forgot to check Baccano! fics when I was looking through this year's Yuletide. Time to read.

(Goal for this year: Get better at writing, so I feel confident that I'm good enough to write for someone, rather than just throw fics at the internet, hoping that someone likes it.)

I look forward to reading your Baccano fic! I didn't get to most of the longer stories before reveal. But I liked your Hexwood story. It was plausible without being emo.

Thanks! That's an excellent thing to hear; I was worried about slipping over. (I don't think anyone except Diana Wynne Jones can pull off the sparkly diamond net of manpain . . .) I hope you enjoy the Baccano! fic if you get around to it!

I WATCHED BACCANO! THIS SPRING. And then I watched it again with Sares. I'm about due for a rewatch, actually, if only to get the Magic School Bus part of the theme stuck in my head again.
