[Today Leon can be found ducking in the empty shop in the plaza that was, at one time, Cid's repair shop. Though abandoned, he can still make use of the workbenches while he works on the finishing touches of ... customized electrical outlets. [Haruki arrives! ...Well, no more like he walks past and then spots what he thinks is Leon out of the corner of his eye in a window, doubles back, and then peaks his head in this shop he thought was abandoned. Oh.]

It's an electrical converter. I was working on something similar before the Malnosso started giving us electricity. [He shows the customized outlet to Haruki -- it's basically the face of an outlet attached to a weighty metal box about two inches deep.] The idea is to use them where there isn't electricity already, like the stations out in the forest.

I've been working on a type of device so we can set up electricity where there isn't electricity already. So we'd be able to have some limited electricity where we don't have any at all, like the stations.
