My pc is in the shits.

My health is fucked.

I am hospitalized.

I wish I had a pocket full change so I can give the nurses working graveyard shift a token of my gratitude.

I'll see you when I get there.  And I'll bring a bag of taffy to celebrate.

At times like these, I wish I was more lively.
