differences in reporting the DST mistake

Yesterday I read in Risks Digest about the kid who got locked up by the DST mistake. (it wasn't because of the new DST changes, because the news implies that the machines involved needed to be changed manually, but didn't get changed until morning.)

Most headlines were things like Schoolboy jailed in clock change mix-up or Time stands still for Hempfield teen in lockup .

But not Fox news: Pa. Teen Blames Clock Mix-Up for Arrest.
