Holy crap. So I don't really know what happened here. I went out to get my laundry at about 4:15AM and notice the tape everywhere, the broken window and then the blood. Oh my State is an interesting place.

Apparently someone was drunk and tried to hit somebody, missed and punched hit through the window.
