I'd say: Be satisfied but not complacent. You can always get better, each day. But if material wealth is too far off, there's always growth in some other aspect. I don't think absolute satisfaction should come at your age pa. There's so much time pa..and a lot of opportunities..:D
As for frustrations, either I get your dilemma or I get this: Sometimes I get too distracted by the small things/happenings that I forget to be myself, release my inner child. If that happens, at the end of the day, it's a sad world again.. Which would you choose? haha..I got over mine na. Sought counseling help. Can you believe?

hay...what you've said is too true. i'm in a job that i detest even though i'm earning. i miss my family and i miss my friends kasi saturdays and holidays i still have to work. sundays i just sleep the whole day. so don't ever take things for granted...kahit yung yosi break mo haha.Ü
