I LURVE ENDO because.....
Last night, I finally watched 'Endo' at CCP. I have to say that it's one of the most well-crafted independent films I've ever seen. Every scene felt very real and all the actors have given justice to their given roles. It's about the story of Leo, who was forced to become the family's breadwinner, taking on several contractual jobs until he reaches the end of contract or 'endo' (hence the title). While struggling with job security, he also struggles with his partners who seem to drift away as their contract expires.
I lurve it for several reasons:
1. It snaps you back into perspective if you're a person who's bored in a well-paying job. It makes you realize how thankful you should be that you even have a job because a lot of people are struggling to get one and even last in the company beyond 5 months.
2. The emotions were so real. There were some scenes with light humor and there are some loaded with drama. But it doesn't make you feel like you're watching a typical Pinoy movie, where people cry over anything.
3. The musical choices were awesome -- fit for the movie!
I almost forgot that yesterday was Endo day. Good thing I saw the tickets in my wallet. The other one is for 'Pisay'.Earlier, I was thinking if I'm going to shave or not. I was afraid that there might be a lot of paparazzi and my facial hair was a mess.
Here's one of the important ingredients of the movie. It's the discman that Leo gave him in Endo. Can I just say? Casting Katherine Luna as the 'losyang' ex-GF was so not sweet.Another movie I wanna watch is called Ligaw Liham (i think). Make no mistake, I'm not thrilled that Karylle has the starring role but then again, it's art film right?
Silly me. I bought a ticket for 'Pisay' and didn't realise I bought it for today! So what? It's Day 5 at Instituto! Darn.I had a chance to have a photo op with top comedienne Eugene Domingo. She's so cool! And I looked like I need to pop some sleepin' pills.

chuvaness. But I was too shy to say hi hehehe. I saw several other celebs, no Paparazzi though. Sayang nagshave pa naman ako.Meanwhile, I was thinking of either taking a catnap at home or going straight to the office. I was so ngarag. Ugh. For art's sake talaga ang pagka-borlog na to.
I was thinking, should I rest at home or in the sleeping area at the office? I figured I might never get up if I go home so I just went to work. OMG I was lethargic and my sentences were not making sense anymore. It was evident that I needed a quick nap. So I did. However, this annoying old man stole my pillow and kept mumbling the whole time so I never had a chance to get some sleep!
I ditched 'Pisay' and spanish today. Ugh. Too tired. Lemme take a nap first. zzzzZZZzzzzZZZzzzzz
