Before SP's set started, two girls and a guy, dressed very scene and looking like they've stepped out of a John Hughes movie, with backstage stickers on their clothes were allowed through. They stood side of the stage, right in front of me. Seems they were (fangirly) friends of David's because he kept looking over, smiling and waving hi to them during the show. I say fangirly because they were dancing to Every. Single. Song. Anyway, when David walked off stage a couple of times, he went over to them and chat. Got quite huggy with one of the girls, especially in the break during "Perfect". Simple Plan has lyrics that, when I hear them, just make me cringe. However, they do have songs that I don't mind listening to, and yes, the members are extremely likeable.
Still, likeable or not, I won't be squealing about them any time soon. Heh.

Heh. I have all three of their albums (there's only three so far right?). I downloaded them all before the concert so I could listen beforehand and know some of the songs that they play to help me write my review.

The good thing is that they definitely know how to put on a good live show, and that's what counted for my review.
I've not met them, but they do look like they'd be really nice to their fans. =)
