Hi Boo. Such a balance, this work, this life. I can see you're doing good work. I'm sitting home in my costume of me this hallowe'en. It's nice so far.
My friend, Danya Ruttenberg, just published a book called Surprised By God in which she writes about her experiences dancing and dressing up in costumes and loving that, but then her mother dies, she begins saying the traditional Jewish prayer for that and one thing leads to another and she wants to keep Shabbat instead of going out and "if I choose what I choose for me I will lose people over it."

Yes. As soon as we think we've *got* it, we lose it. I'm reading Pema at the moment. Just so fabulous. Everything is incomplete, unfathomable, ungraspable and beautiful. If we can only love it as we watch it flow through our hands.
