Wow. It's bad enough to do that to your dog when you're doing something necessary like buying groceries. But so you can go to a BAR?? WTF?

I had a similar incident with a guy in my coffee shop wh left his dog out (tied to a bike rack) and it started hailing...He had to act like it was a personal affront that we were worried about the dog and pulled him away from his coffee.
