I made myself a cup of Mexican hot chocolate when I got home tonight. Kind of my way of welcoming the tiny coldfront that hit us today, as well as a way to help myself unwind.
I used this chocolate, which is amazingly tasty for the mere $1.78 I found it for at HEB.

PS. I have a hot chocolate addiction and I love to put vanilla/cinnamon/nutmeg/marshamellows/whipped cream/chocolate sprinkles, everything on top. I've actually got that very same brand and it's excellent blended into steamed milk. Or soymilk. I love them both.
