I made myself a cup of Mexican hot chocolate when I got home tonight. Kind of my way of welcoming the tiny coldfront that hit us today, as well as a way to help myself unwind.

I used this chocolate, which is amazingly tasty for the mere $1.78 I found it for at HEB.

yay for being lactose intolerant! i am too. :-) Have you tried Mootopia? It's basically milk without lactose and tastes really good; almost like real milk. Hot chocolate.....

Hello, I was searching through schools and stuff and found you on the Howard Payne list. See, I grew up in Brownwood TX, and while I don't particularly love the place, I always like to find out what people from there are up to. Obviously you aren't there anymore originally and are in Austin, like me, which I found to be a fun coincidence. So...I'm adding you as a friend!

PS. I have a hot chocolate addiction and I love to put vanilla/cinnamon/nutmeg/marshamellows/whipped cream/chocolate sprinkles, everything on top. I've actually got that very same brand and it's excellent blended into steamed milk. Or soymilk. I love them both.
