I come back this time, not grumbling about starting over! Well, technically, I was off track for some time since last I wrote but I have recovered and been doing very well. Eating right, daily workouts, ten pounds gone. I am firmly in the 180's and feeling really motivated. And that's with things being crazy busy around here. Life should slow ( Read more... )

Good for you! Working out DAILY - that's awesome. Sooooo never happening for me, I really should eat better to make up for that!

Hey! Came across your journal when I was looking for like-minded people and thought I'd say HI. I'm in the same place. 180's with 10 pounds gone. I started at 204. It was the 200 that freaked me out. I never thought I'd see that number and when I did I ate and ate out of freak outishness!! And of course gained four pounds. Fortunately I'm on a roll. It's hard to be patient though... Hang in there!
