There are a variety of weight loss tactics that I either know work for me or I think are a good idea. And my plan of attack is to combine some into a doable plan. Low-fat is good for me, I do lose weight well on it when I don't overeat. And since the overeating is something I just don't seem to be able to master without some help, I will count

I've never been good at counting calories, unless all I eat is packaged stuff like frozen entrees and Slimfast that has it all nicely labeled for you.
