I am still here and still chugging along. I've lost a few pounds and I try not to weigh every day. I'm not on a routine yet by any means. I've not eaten meat tho in over a week. Be careful with the vegan thing! I've been sporadically taking dietetics classes (I'll be an RD. Someday!) and you can't get a useable form of vitamin B12 from anything other than animal products or fortified grain products. Supplements aren't a useable form, no matter what anyone tells you. Without B12, you can develop a form of anemia, so just make sure you eat plenty of fortified whole grains. I know you've mentioned cutting back on carbs, so I just thought I'd add that in.
