Oh lord. Search the whole Seventh Dimension archive for Highlander fic, specifically Duncan/Methos. Scratch that, find the listserv archive for HLFIC-L *before* there was such a thing as the World Wide Web. *totters off on her walker*

Ah, the happy days of Seventh Dimension... at one point, I think I had actually read every Methos/Duncan fic on there (that probably only lasted about a day though).

That's impressive - so many of those were endlessly long historical epics and such. HL was my first encounter with fandom, and D/M my first slash pairing, so I was very o_o @ first. Oh, those were the days. ;)

Same here! Hence my reading absolutely everything labelled D/M in that archive (I was a student, I had time) whether or not it was any good. An appreciation for quality control came much, much later.
