Wow, I am glad you were there to prevent him from worse. He is a wiggler, but you did right to put him where you thought he was safe and you had good reflexes. I totally understand about calming both of you afterwards. You're a good mom, Bonni.

Aww...I've had a few tumble over the years. I understand how you must've felt. They surprise you around 3-4 months when they start showing more mobility.

Amanda fell when she was a baby and I wasn't able to catch her! I called the doctor's office sobbing, mostly they just had to console me, she was fine as soon as I calmed down. Emily never fell, I learned eyes on the back of my head after Amanda's fall.

All of mine have rolled off our bed onto the floor at least once. It's terrifying every time, but you panic less afterwards the more you see it.
