The picture of the little puppy is what did me in, emotionally. He was stuck to the tracks! It's so pathetic and sad and ... puppyish. So glad he had a rescuer come along.

Oh. My. Word. So sad...then so triumphant...and completely ADORABLE all the way through!!
The saddest thing of all is that I'm not even trying to be dramatic--I really felt all those things reading the story. :)
