[Edit: before I get into this, any update on zarobiOkay, so much for my latest attempt to be good at updating. The plans were scuttled by a week of Riley fever and mouth sores (in other words, lack of sleep all around and liquid diets for the little one), which is over and done with (thank you, Coxsakie virus -- I am not sorry to see the back of you).

Oh my goodness, poor Mr. Riley! And poor Mommy and Daddy. Hope the little one is feeling much better now and that everyone has had a chance to catch some Zs.

I don't know anything about real estate but I know you have a lovely home, even pre-improvements, and I'm sure it will go quickly. A house-cooling party is a great idea. When is your actual move date again?
