These are fun photos. I want to crawl inside the owl ship. I can't see- is there a lot of stuff inside the ship?

I'm going to have to disagree on your point about corsets. Corsets, replica swords, and the ren faire are still nerdy as hell.

yeah I agree about the renfen stuff, but this was more fetish corset than beer wench corset.

I'm not saying that nerdy stuff isn't fun or that nerds don't deserve rights or that "cool" things are necessarily good.

Could you see inside the Owl ship? Was there stuff in it?

nah they wouldn't let us inside. I was kinda hoping I could find the coffee machine in that thing.

the worf vs wolf book is simply the best thing i bought there.

Was good to see you, Bonnie, if only briefly! I tried to attend you and Katie's presentation on Sunday, but by the time I got to the front of the massive line, they were turning people away!

You're right about t-shirts; I only bought one, then realized it was the wrong size. I did buy a Kozik keychain!

yeah I was TOTALLY shocked that we packed the How to Draw room. That's a friggin big room. We didn't have enough pencils for everyone either! Next year we'll have to be more prepared... ;-)

I'm glad I didn't do a craft tutorial this time around...
