Wal-Mart announced that, sometime in 2008, it will begin offering customers a new discount item ---- WalMart's own brand of wine.

The world's largest retail chain is teaming up with Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery of California to produce the spirits at an affordable price, in the $2.00 - $5.00 range.

You know what's sad? My favorite wine is actually $3.99 Arbor Mist Blackberry Merlot. ;)

When it comes to food and drink, my tastes are very unsophisticated, so I won't snub my nose at that. ;)

For a while I tried to resist admitting that Olive Garden was my favorite restaurant, because I wanted to be more "unique" but dammit...sometimes the simple stuff is the best.
