I'm not giving her credit for anything beyond simple logic. When the federal constitution clearly outlines something, A STATE LAW WILL NOT TRUMP FEDERAL CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATE. Even she has to have two brain cells to rub together to realize that would bring on an instant lawsuit/judicial dismissal/whatever.

Besides, the more attention she brings on Arizona, the less easy it is to carry on with her state-sanctioned death panel.

The only reason I'm impressed is because simple logic eludes her most of the time.

Oh, I guess it is short-term logic to let the weak and sick die rather than spend resources on them. Is it right? Not to most of us, thankfully. But, those poor people probably vote liberal anyway, so it's especially logical for her. ;-)
