I've been learning this Bengali dance for the better part of two months now, and our first show is tomorrow night! I'm immensely excited to wear tons of makeup and jewelry and a sari. And to take so many pictures ( Read more... )

The plot is not bad. My problems all stem from unnecessary sex and translation issues, so I don't think it's that Murakami is bad entirely.

It's an exclamation of surprise, like Oh my god!, I think. I've never heard it in actual conversation, but I think I've heard people say it on TV -- people in very exaggerated roles from like the 70s or something. Ugh.

this is how i feel about the fail that is faillight (twilight) and the repeated use of "dazzle", "chagrin", and "topaz".

omg...i remember when that song first came out. :( it makes me cry too.

kafka on the shore... i remember that book. and i remember that phrase, and i just don't understand it :(

pikachu having sex w/ash... omg... couldn't he have at least had it be misty and ash? LOL

i agree about humans..... it makes me really sad. :/ and i feel like sometimes i engage in relationships w/ppl that just aren't right for me and who always disappoint me! but i don't have the strength to break it off... :/

It came out close enough to my 8th grade graduation that it hit really really close to home. I really love it ♥

I wish people were just nicer to each other. And, perhaps, just more considerate. We could solve so many problems.

ME TOO! i think it came the year of my 8th grade graduation... so i played it a lot that year. <3

i know. my problem is, is that some people are sooo unprofessional/whatever that they don't realize what they're doing is very inconsiderate...but it's horrible to deal with it. :( i feel like i face it every day at work, it's ugly :( i dont want the real world to be like that.
