I was chatting the other day with one of the operators yesterday at work. He's new, which brought up the obligatory question of where he had been working prior. And get this, he worked for like 10 years in SHIP SALVAGING! As in, they travel all over the world and dive to salvage wrecked ships. Diving, touring asia, and photography courses... so awesome! What "less conventional locales" do you plan to visit?

There are some lesser known beaches and cities close by like Malacca and Sabah, both in Malaysia. The second one I heard has some cool rivers where you can go white water rafting. Check out this article from Wikipedia on Singlish. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singlish
