Yes, hello again. She doesn't normally act this irrationally, but today is a curse day and she's affected. Combined with her competitive streak, the result is be very... daunting and exhausting.

I would normally be inclined to agree with your suggestion, but... she's my best friend. I cannot in good conscience to allow her to damage her financial situation like this. She would do this for me if the situation were to be reversed.

So far I've counted three over the Network, which isn't a lot - yet. Unfortunately, Angela seems to be extremely competitive today and bids very high prices during the first round in order to win. She's been bidding for amounts that will deplete most of her savings if she wins every auction. I've managed to explain the situation to the auctioneers in private so far, thankfully. I'm considering confiscating her Network device until tomorrow if this continues.

Considering Angela went as far as to find and break my piggy bank for extra money to bid with, I'm seriously thinking about it. I'm also keeping her inside the apartment - I hear some auctions happen outside in the public and not just over the Network.

I rather hope that as well, people are not in their right minds during these curses. I'm not certain how many of these auctions are even done with the permission of the citizen being auctioned off. It could lead into altercations.

Cursed and extremely competitive, more so than normally. She's in danger of spending all her savings on these auctions that she's bidding on a little too enthusiastically, determined to win each of them. I can only hope that come midnight, this curse will be over.
