doesn't mention Eric Millegan which is good because that means he won't get killed...

I was worried because the ep where he goes to the looney bin is called "The Pain in the Heart"...

That crossed my mind as a possibility too. It would make sense in a twisted way; killing him would hurt Booth, which would be Broadsky's goal, but he could justify it because of what Zack did.

I had two theories about the sniper victim, both of which were dashed when both characters appeared in the sides for the season finale. I will be very sad if it's Vincent.
