actually that's the thing i didn't really like about Vday. I even extend it to tell kazuyo that I'm not going to celebrate that day in any way, though they play with different rules here. In fact, the flowers here are not expensive on V-day, probably same as normal, but an surge in quantity. The restaurants did not jack up their prices, the chocolates are just as inexpensive. The moral of the story: Chinese are "such" good business people.
