I went for the first time tonight with my friend carlyn and her mommy...SO MUCH FUN!!! I plan on getting my biggins of a mommy, i say that with all the love in my heart, a memebership so she can get in shape.
any who if any of you are interested in going let me know, its like 3 bucks per class and you get a great work out!
