::emerges from her cottage, noticing Howie in the swing as she shuts the door behind herself. Walks over to him with a smile, swallowing down the lump of guilt rising in her. Opens her mouth to speak to him when she hears his light snore. Watches him for a few moments, releases a soft sigh and turns away to head back to the tented area and the bar. Notices AJ at the bar, nods with a sweet smile and forces herself not to join him. Is stopped by one of the recording execs and makes pleasant small talk for several minutes, frequently glancing up and over to AJ::

:: Oh God.. there she is..play it cool, McLean..she's looking at me. I didn't blow it when I made her sit around and listen to half finished songs.. Ok.. gotta make a play before someone else does...

Takes his Coke, nodding to Rob, and slinks over to Pollyanna with a pleasant grin::

Polly, gorgeous..just the girl I wanted to see..::looks at the record asshole:: Excuse me, sorry..

::Turns back to Polly:: I forgot to play you one last song..what do you say? I've gotta guitar in the house..

::heat flares through her body as she sees AJ making his way towards her, nods in response to the record exec, having no idea what he just said to her. Sneaks a last quick peek in the direction of the hammock, tempted to bite her lip but gives AJ a full blown smile instead::

AJ! ::smiles an apology at the record exec and takes AJ's elbow in her hands::

I'd like to hear that, AJ, thank you. ::gives a little finger wave to the record exec and walks off with AJ::

I have to talk to you...upstairs..okay?

::inhales her scent and feels a shiver of delight and lust pass through him as he leads her through the house and up to his bedroom..pausing at the door..::

I've got few more mintues before I'm on Annie duty. ::turns to AJ:: I saw Polly over by the house a few minutes ago. ::leans in to whisper:: But are you sure you don't want to stay here and flirt with this madly gorgeous bartender, instead? ::she giggles and nudges his shoulder::
