Pound Puppy!

Okay, Christmas was great we had a big party here at our house with all our family here. New years was mellow and nice. The big event of the holiday break is...WE GOT A DOG! She is a serious pound puppy, under weight, sores on her feet, teats still swollen from a recent litter...and mostly pit bull. We have a lot of these dogs here in our town. I

AWWW.... I love puppies, and pits are adorable. Poor little girl, though.

Thankfully she is fitting in well...we took her for a walk to the supermarket and there was a lot of kids, bikes, traffic and other dogs, and she handled it all well. She seems to be either shell shocked or trained. She has had no issues (yet) with our cat. YAY!
