Still alive.  The reason for my lack of activity is that my writing computer had issues, and I have only just gotten it back.  Hoping to give some fun updates soon!

I've been on Goodreads for a while (natural enough, considering that I love books and I like people who like books), but I never really did get around to organizing my activity there.

I'm trying to fix that.

I have discovered that when I update my LJ daily for any number of days over three in a row, I start getting spam comments in Russian.  They generally appear on old posts which were popular.

No conclusions yet, but wanted to let everyone know that we are studying this phenomenon in a scientific and systematic way.

As I mentioned lastweek, I'm in New York (sadly, life has been a bit too hectic to organize any getting together with other writers - I may have to leave that for my next trip, and I apologize).
