I've been a bad writer

Over the past year or so, I've been less than diligent in reporting those little (and big, sometimes) things that make being a writer worth the time and aggravation.  I do have the excuse that I got married, sold two apartments, bought one and moved three times, as well as having traveled abroad seven times since January of 2012 in the middle of it ( Read more... )

Heh. Brilliant!

Yes, I actually think that many small nice things - and great people - are more important than the huge rewards others have achieved (see Hemingway, E. for one example).

Ernie did pick up a lot of watches, driving that ambulance;
they're pretty small...
