I received my contributor's copies of Tenth Orbit and Other Faraway Places  yesterday, so I was going to take pictures of a few of them and start the promo today.  But then camera-fail occured (quick, call the mob so they can organize a dogpile at the manufacturer's blog!), so I'll start it next week, and it will last one month.  Essentially,
