Wrong! They have lambs in China, the provinces near Tibet and Mongolia. Most Chinese markets there sell mutton food, too. So Chinese marinade + lamb = best Chinese food evarrr. I wonder why I haven't tried that yet. XD

They have both lambs and goats. But it's all mutton there.
