Surpass charge $16USD a year for your domain and depending on the shared hosting plan you go for, from $6USD a month for hosting (and its like 200gb and 2000gb bandwidth or something like that for the base rate, more than you'd probably ever need). You can pay a bulk payment in one go (cheaper) or monthly.

Their add ons and prepped installation stuff is really great and the amount of customisation they allow is brilliant, I've not found anything that doesn't suit me perfectly yet. ;D
