Normally, I don't make resolutions - they reek of judgement and often just set one up for failure.

However, I am making one this year: do not forget to turn off the 6 AM alarm on your days off.

I actually recently configured my alarm to go off every day and not just weekdays in an attempt to keep a more stable sleep schedule. Too bad I usually just ignore it...
