How's it going?

This weekend I had some realizations that I've been juggling some hard work. Two jobs, Feri training, a marriage, and some things resembling a personal life and occassionally housework (which I know I need to do a better job of). My body has been feeling tight in the muscles and today I'm feeling particularly drained. I woke up thinking to myself ( Read more... )

Hola, bolowolf! Man, I admire your superior endurance. Strength to ya. On the subject of hot baths, try adding some catnip and/or mint leaves/teabags to the water, plus include a nice scrubbing with a loofah on those tight muscle spots, as well as a scalp treatment with a favorite conditioning shampoo (I imagine you may have some organic kind lying somewhere). Works wonders for me.

Oh, thanks for the bath tips. I wouldn't have thought to use catnip or mint.
I sometimes use essence oils and epsom salts. I'll try the loofah scrubbing too. Anything easy that helps is worth it to me. :)
