I'm not sure. It seems to be some kind of tower.

[He turned the camera towards his surroundings to give Otacon a look.]

I can hear other people wandering around. It's hard to tell how many, but I can hazard a guess of around two dozen, give or take. Any ideas? O--

[The video shook slightly as Liquid moved, walking towards the center pillar. He turned the camera to view it.]

The pillar is moving. Does Sprout Tower have a flexible support beam?

[Okay, so Heather hadn't really been keeping as close an eye on Liquid as Otacon was. She'd probably gone to find whatever corner he was sulking in every now and then to make sure he was still there, but apart from that, she'd left him alone. So this incoming transmission came as a big surprise.]

That would imply that I went to sleep.

I just... appeared here. One moment I was in the Pokemon Center, the next I was in this damn tower.
