Long bike ride

I took a long bike ride this afternoon. I rode for 1 hour and 25 minutes. A good and enjoyable workout, though it was a bit hot.

Attention, Russian women: have a baby, get cash money from the government! Have a second baby, get even more money! Russia does need to do something about its population problem. I don't know if this is the right way,
