today was a small victory for me at work. I have this electrical boss who as of recently has been calling me MISS marianne. so I had the opportunity today to see him in his office shortly after one of the above said offense's to tell him what a bang up job his guys did at installing some lighting and plugs at my shop that i had requested. My work

I've asserted myself twice in a week's time with my 'chief of staff' who is an arse. Not that it had anything to do with trans issues, but general work issues. Felt great!! Normally I would have slunk away and cursed him in private. But both times I took the bull by the horns and spoke to him.
