Just had a very cute conversation with my mom in which she remarked upon how much she likes Death Cab for Cutie, but isn't that "I Will Possess Your Heart" song overplayed?  Aww, mom!  Look at your emerging scenester taste!  She's growing up so fast!

(So, what with your finals/visitors do you think a Boston visit is viable? Should we be looking into it, or is it a lost cause?)

I am afraid it is probably a lost cause-- the only time I could maybe possibly come is the weekend right before Christmas, but if it turns out I don't have class on the 22nd then I'll be home already that weekend.

Although, a lot of scenesters seem to be turning away from Death Cab these days, now that they are "mainstream" enough to get some radio play.

When do you get home for Xmas? I get home the 20th and am flying back New Years Eve (so I can party in NYC on New Years :) I'm hoping to make it up to the city before then, but I just got assigned a shit ton of new work study beginning after the break, so if I don't make it up there I can't wait to see you in Boulder!
