Why must drivers around here be retarded?

So there I was, stopped at a traffic light, minding my own business(and stressed out that I had to take alternate roads due to traffic). And all of a sudden, a Honda CR-V driver decides that it's far too tiring to continue to press the brake petal at the red light, so they let go. And slowly but surely their car drifts backwards and bumps mine.

Since I was coming home from work, I didn't have any rockets in the car at the time. They have this silly requirement there that I leave the rockets at home.

Had a guy roll into me from the rear on the way to work last year and try to make me give him money on the spot. After failing to convince him that my car, an automatic in drive sitting on flat ground, couldn't roll backwards into his, I reminded him the we were both likely to be late to work if he didn't drop it... and he did.

Oh, and did I mention he was driving like a torus with spinners?

Got rear ended several months ago, but that has since been completely repaired. Thankfully this one did absolutely no damage.
