Can Cass predict what your character is thinking/planning/doing? Joker can be nearly unreadable when he wants to be. He's tricked the Batman after all! But generally, he emotes VERY heavily with body language so she'll be able to see what he's FEELING and could call judgments from there. In physical hand-to-hand combat, I can't imagine why she wouldn't be able to see incoming blows.
If yes, what limitations do you have on this? Obviously, it would be tricky to judge what the Joker is planning in terms of his shenanigans.
Is there anything you'd rather she not be able to predict? Nothing is 100 % ruled out! Just ask about anything you're unsure of.
Anything else? It is SO HOT OUT RIGHT NOW

Doing, sure.

Thinking...only if there is a marked visual cue to read, since Daedalus has some mind/body compartmentalization, and can keep a lot tidy not-visible up there in his head.

Can she hack? Probably his NV inbox with some decryption work, if she's intentionally looking for a specific communication. Preferably not private Doctor/Patient dialoguing, since that's what goes under his most carefully guarded channels. Daedalus will try to trace if he has any indication that anyone's been mucking around in his files. NCC clinic files have proven unhackable by Otacon, Shiroe, and your Batdad, so those are better protected.

Can Cass predict what your character is thinking/planning/doing? Yes and no. Magneto is fast. Very fast, compared to humans, slow compared to speedsters - and he's always, always plotting. HOWEVER. His eyes? Give him away. Emotions, lies - they are there.
If yes, what limitations do you have on this? His powers - it's a body language in and of itself and it's not something she should be able to figure out easily or quickly. Such as she'll be able to see that he's listening to or looking at something, but not what it IS that's caught his attention or how he's about to use his powers in fine detail.
Is there anything you'd rather she not be able to predict? We'll work that case by case?
Anything else? Am I making sense?

Can Cass predict what your character is thinking/planning/doing? Emma tries to control her body language, but while she's pretty good, it isn't her main focus. Telling what she's thinking in a social situation would probably yield broad emotions and sometimes extreme generalities -- that's where she's most practiced in containing her body language. In combat in would work better. Telling what she's planning to do physically probably works best - she's planning to use her body so her thoughts and her body are more closely connected. (The first time this comes up, you can assume she's telegraphing nearly everything to someone as good as quickly reading body language as you are; if she realizes she's been made, after that she'll train and she will remain readable but not as much so.) Telling what she's planning to do telepathically in combat wouldn't work so well because there's less reason for her body to get involved. Still considerable body language, but on the order of "She's planning a telepathic attack to disable him" and not ( ... )

Can Cass predict what your character is thinking/planning/doing? I'm actually not sure if they've met in canon. :|9 But yes, feel free to have her base what he can/will do.
If yes, what limitations do you have on this? Mostly his emotional state. He's gotten extremely good on clamping down on that, except when around Bruce.
Is there anything you'd rather she not be able to predict? Not that I know of?
Anything else? Vitamin D is good for you! idk I'm lame

They...have not, but she's been compared to him by Bruce twice. And she knows he was the crazy mofo in Battle for the Cowl.
