Hey all! Just a quick question about new piercings. About how long-ish until it might be safe to say you're clear from immediate chance of infection? I recently got my nipples pierced (with your help and guidance, haha), and so far they're healing beautifully. My stumbling block in deciding to get it was the chance of infection. How long must I be fervently paranoid about infecting them and needed my breasts chopped off? :] I can imagine that they can always get infected somehow, but, is it just during the first few months (initial healing time) or much longer that the risk is especially high? Thanks for your experience and wisdom!
