It's on Kindle in the UK. Didn't Jay work out some way of downloading a US book onto her UK Kindle?

I suppose non-availability in the US supports my thought that the references don't all travel well.

Maybe, since it is on Kindle in the UK, it would be easy for the button clickers to put it on the US version if you requested it.
