Back when I was harboring a chestburster, I found the chatroom on pregnancy.about.com very helpful. There were some annoying natural childbirth and breastfeeding nazis there, but if you can put up with that there's nothing quite as useful as having 5-15 pregnant women around (most of whom are on their 2nd or 3rd pregnancy) to bounce questions off of.
