When a pack rat marries a pack rat, and they live together in a smallish house with six cats of varying floofiness and a sixteen-month-old who has discovered the joys of unloading, the result is a monster mess

This, of course, doesn't even touch upon all the things that need to be done to the OUTSIDE of the house... I still have fence posts to dig up, and ground to clear for the new planter area, and hedges to make decisions about (along with corresponding decisions regarding fruit trees) -- not exactly things that can be done during baby naps, since they're outside and all.

Never mind all the work that needs doing in the garage and the Little Room, where the fruits of our lives as packrats currently reside in states of constant disorder.

Spring's coming, and with it weekends. Looking forward to it!
