[ So, thanks to that pesky injury of his, Izaya's been relatively out of commission and out of sight. He didn't want to come out until he learned far, far more about the people here, but after that wonderful draft list (with some very interesting names on it) he's decided to go ahead and linger around the town for a while.
Namely, around the plaza area in the afternoon.
At least, to begin with. After that he'll be going through all the shops. All the shops, which he's been doing daily since his arrival. A couple of his things haven't shown up, like his coat...
