[[Filtered to Nia]]

I very much appreciate your forwarding me the students' assignments. They haven't given you any trouble in class, have they?

[[Filtered to Bob's students]]All back to normal, hm? In that case, now seems as good a time as ever to cover the formulation of gender-tagged rune wards, such as the ones on the stairs ( Read more... )

OOC BAW MORE POINTS FOR SLYTHERIN AND RAVENCLAW. alwayswrite January 20 2009, 00:36:21 UTC
Name: Death the Kid
Year: 3
House: Ravenclaw
Grade: O WOULD be the grade; everything is flawless and excruciatingly neat (and symmetrical, if at all possible) but it would have taken him DAYS, and I mean DAYS to do. So it's probably late. D: Use your own discretion for a grade. \o/

Name: Fakir
Year: 7th
House: Slytherin
Grade: I'll say...E or A. It definitely works, and is well done, but...Fakir kinda lacks...delicacy. If that's the word. It's efficient, but not overly elegant. It gets the job done. Use your own discretion for a grade! \o/

THE OTHERS SHOULD TRY HARDER THEN! 8D bobthewizard January 20 2009, 04:35:20 UTC
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. *ghostly stare* Kid gets an O for his grade with points off for the lateness, so 8 points.

For Bob, accuracy would win more points than elegance -- a pretty ward would earn extra credit if turned in on time. So Fakir would get an E+, probably, if not an O. 12 points!

Hmm, even Daisya...? I'm glad to hear it. They're usually a bunch of little ruffians. *kidding, really*

Most kind. *smiles* Perhaps someday I will be able to return the favour.

[[XDDD Strike not readable, but there.]]

Hmm... I should have explained the scores better; I meant there's a range between passing and outstanding consisting of P (pass), A (acceptable), E (excellent), and O (outstanding), and that scores would be ranged between the two poles. *should probably rewrite that*

What you're saying is, your characters did their homework correctly in both the technical sense and in neatness/legibility/etc? If so, they'd each get O+ and the full 15 points, possibly plus two if it's a really nice piece of work.

Name: Koushirou Izumi
Year: 4th
House: Ravenclaw
Grade: O. He researched them thurroughly and recreated one he found fairly (but not entirely) simple but particularly effective.

Name: Mitsukuni Haninozuka
Year: 5th
House: Hufflepuff
Grade: Possibly E, or something on either side... it might seem a little sloppier than normal for him, but it still works quite well. Very little artistic liberty taken.

Bob appreciates thoroughness and good solid technique, so 15 points.

Hm, if it's good but sloppier than normal Bob will give him an E+ and 10 points.

ARTISTIC LIBERTY LAWL. I'm now imagining it covered with little scribbled bunnies.
